What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and express shipping across the country. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your plants leave our greenhouse.

What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 30-day freshness guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer care instructions for new plant parents?

Yes! Every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific needs, including lighting preferences, watering schedules, and humidity requirements.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been packed for shipment, we are unable to make further changes.

Are your pots and accessories sold separately?

Most of our plants come in nursery pots, but we offer a wide curated selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta pots that can be added to your order.
