Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials, ensuring live plants are secured to prevent movement and damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our greenhouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
